I’m Liz, and this is my partner Conrad. Partner in business, partner in photography, partner in dorky jokes, partner in dreaming big, partner in late-night Denny’s runs, partner in posing awkwardly for photos. He’s one of my favorite people in the universe, I’m so thankful we have each other. We have each other’s backs no matter what and will always love doing this amazing job together 💙
Christy
Christy is a newborn and family photographer with over 15 years experience. After graduating from Buffalo Grove High School, Christy attended Columbia College Chicago where she got her bachelors degree in photography. Christy literally married the boy next door, Mike, whom she grew up next to their entire lives. They have two beautiful daughters together, Evie and Mia. Christy says that marrying a nerd helped bring out her own inner-nerdiness. She loves Game of Thrones, Star Wars, and sign her up for any Marvel movie. I am incredibly thankful to have met this amazing woman and so truly honored and excited that she has decided to join us at Something Blue!!
Lindsay
Lindsay has been a huge part of our Something Blue Family for four years and is one of the faces behind all of those gorgeous newborn and family photos you see us sharing. She also helps us as a second shooter at weddings, event photographer, and local expert on 90s rap lyrics. Lindsay has the biggest heart and loves being able to create lasting memories for our clients. When she isn’t shooting Lindsay is usually off exploring the suburbs with her handsome son Max or painting gorgeous watercolors. We love you, Lindsay!
Lauren
Lauren, is the brains behind our big operation. Lauren manages all of our emails, messages, inquiries, phone calls, scheduling and contracts, just to name a few of her many responsibilities here at Something Blue. She is organized, wise, kind and keeps us all under control. She came into my life at a time when I desperately needed help running the administrative end of this business and I am endlessly thankful she is part of our family. Lauren has four beautiful children and lovingly works from her home base, we wouldn’t know what to do without her.
